How many times has it been that your acne ruined your perfect look drawing all the unnecessary attention to that annoying zit?!

Acne is a skin condition which causes bumps and inflammation on the skin. These can either be in the form of blackheads, whiteheads or Pimples.

Here are your steps to fight that pimple away! 

1. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR PIMPLE

 No matter how strong the urge is, do not prick or scratch it. Touching your pimple will not only lead to future break outs but might end up causing other skincare problems.

2. ICE TO THE RESCUE

A few minutes of ice on a pimple can really help in shrinking down your pimple. There will be visible reduction in the swelling as well as the redness of your pimple.

3. Lemon Juice

Lemon juice not only helps in drying up your pimple quickly but also helps in getting rid of other toxic body substances. 

• Dip a cotton swab in freshly squeezed lemon juice and leave it overnight. Wash it with lukewarm water, the next morning.

4. TOOTHPASTE

The toothpaste you use everyday can be used to dry up your pimple as well. It is more effective if you leave it on overnight.

5. HONEY

Honey works as a natural antibiotic and will speed up the process of healing your skin.

• Mix Honey with curd and apply it all over your face to get pimple free smooth skin!

6. OATMEAL

Apart from being the perfect breakfast, oatmeal helps in getting rid of the dry skin cells as well as the bacteria which causes blackheads and whiteheads.

• Mix a tablespoon of yogurt and a handful of oatmeal and let it sit on your skin for atleast 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this twice a week.

 

7. FOOD CHOICE
